I really found these illustration artwork works very interesting, especially the NBA ones. i like how they used the color in these images. It makes the figures stand out more.

I found a video of someone creating the fish eye effect on a program named CorelDraw. I think if we used this it wouldve been easier for us to make our characters look like they are in the fish eye effect instead of trying to warp them on photoshop.

Coloured In Characters

Just finished editing my characters on photoshop and illustrator. Now i just need to put my characters with josephs characters. 

I found the colouring in process easier than drawing them up. I used the youtube videos to learn how to colour these characters in properly. I think that they were very useful as the end result of my character design looks pretty good.

We decided that our artwork was better off being posted online where everyone can see it. These are two websites that we found.  The Behance website shows alot of illustration artworks and the Devian art has alot of Fan art that people has created.

Some Research On Posters

Ive been looking at some posters to see what they have in them like what colours and the background. I noticed so have text in them. I also wanted to what type of background that they have so we could design a background that would suite our characters.

Drafting it up

I drafted up most of the characters that i will be using. Their just rough copies but i will make them look way better when i throw them up onto photoshop and edit them. I found it interesting drawing from another angle that was different.

these videos were very helpful as it showed me the technique that i need to use for my drawings

Just practicing drawing figures so i can get the shapes of the body right when i do the final drawings

Draft

Heres our draft that we want it to look like.  We still trying to draw it in a fish eye lens style which is a bit difficult but its a challenge that we will overcome.

St Paul Gallery trip

On this trip we got to take a look at Rebecca's work which was really interesting. This was the first time seeing a exhibition that one of our tutors were in. all the work kind of went to a subject like how they were all kind of taking about the land and how we were destroying it, i didn't actually know that all the artwork all had to link together somehow. The food was nice too.
